Meet one of our 45 shortlisted individuals in the running to become the next leader in leather fashion.
Founded in 1913, Aston Martin continues to lead the luxury British sports cars manufacturing industry. With the brands benchmark being ‘beautiful’ it is no surprise that their design team spend more than forty hours on the interior trim of each Aston Martin and each exterior is painted by hand, taking more than fifty hours!
Aston Martin clients will spend in the region of £1000 on special contrast stitching on leather steering wheels or upholstery. The design team are equipped to offer advice on colour schemes, material choices, trim details and all the different elements that make these cars so special. Up to 20 different coloured leathers are used for the interior of the vehicles so catering for unique leather requests isn’t a problem!
With every Aston Martin that is designed, the name of the individual that conducted the last inspection of the car has their name signed onto the engine.
