Luxury Cars: The Evolution of Interiors
When we hear ‘luxury car’, we think fine leather seats, a gleaming dashboard and a sleek steering wheel. We dream about climbing inside, sitting back, and enjoying a smooth ride to wherever we’re headed.
Every month, Street Seen takes a look at the latest fashion and street style, as showcased by the general public. If your outfit involves an item made of real leather and you happen to cross paths with our intrepid raporteurs, you could be featured right here on the Real Leather. Stay Different. website. From trendy Shoreditch fashion to Parisian chic, if it looks good and involves leather, you’ll be sure to find it here.
This month…
Who: Jas, 23
Where: Shoreditch, London
The Look:
Summer is winding down in the UK which means cozy jumpers are appropriate work wear so this is great news. Simple, classic, comfortable, practical, modern, versatile, monochromatic.
The brands:
Adidas Stan Smith Trainers, Urban Outfitters jumper, Brandy Melville trousers, Longchamp Bag. Plus a shell pendant it from my travels in Guatemala.
Fashion inspirations:
Mostly people I see every day, Shoreditch fashion is trendy, people who work around here have a unique style. We have lots of vintage shops and small indie stores selling up and coming brands so if I see something that catches my eye I make a mental note. I prefer street style over what I see in the magazines, it feels more organic, unique and accessible.
Life icons:
Serena and Venus Williams, I think they’re great role models, especially for young girls who want to get into sport.
Favourite Shop:
Reformation
Passionate about:
I love yoga!
Playlist:
Lana Del Rey’s new album plus Little Simz and Jorja Smith.
Work:
I studied English & American Studies in Nottingham and now work for a creative agency in Shoreditch.
